Exchange Policy

Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

HUMANS OF ANIMAL LAND is a unit of M/s PC HUMANS OF ANIMAL LAND ( OPC ) PRIVATE LIMITED.

 

Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed and energized by Ms. Parul Chaudhry and once they are worn/used/consumed by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.

If there are any breakages observed, there is no return, exchange, or refund.

 

Before making any replacement request, kindly note that we shall process the replacement request only under the following circumstances:

  • The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
  • The product supplied got damaged/lost during the shipping process.

The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above-mentioned circumstances:

 

Exchanges:

Humans of Animal Land shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he shall contact us at soulpets@humansofanimalland.com


Humans of Animal Land shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.


At the time of requesting the exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of a broken product received).


Only the particular product with broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.


Transportation costs for sending the product to Humans of Animal Land’s office shall be borne by the customer.


The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
